Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer returns on our cookies as they are perishable, although we are happy to replace any cookies due to product or delivery issues.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds and replacements 
To open a refund or replacement query, please email us at: with photos and a description of the issue alongside your order number. We aim to get back to you within one business day.
We will notify you once we’ve gone through your query, and let you know if the replacement / refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a new batch of cookies or refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
