Carrot Cake & White Chocolate Box

Our updated recipe boats a spiced dough with grated carrots, and creamy Belgian white chocolate chips, coated with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Sugar, White Chocolate (Soya, Milk), Butter (Milk), Carrot, Egg, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Powder (Gluten), Bicarbonate of Soda, Nutmeg.
Storage: We advise you eat your cookies within 5 days of delivery and keep them sealed in an air-tight container away from heat, otherwise freeze them upon delivery and eat within 1 month.
Heating: Remove packaging, place cookies on a lined baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for c.4 minutes (c.8 minutes if frozen), or place in the microwave on maximum setting for c.25 seconds.
