Our Ruby Chocolate & Raspberry cookie starts with a vanilla dough packed with Belgian ruby chocolate chips, filled with a vibrant raspberry jam centre, and finished with silky white chocolate swirls and a scatter of dried raspberry pieces for that perfect sweet-tart crunch.

Serving / Storage Instructions
Each cookie is individually bagged to maximise freshness. Enjoy them straight away, or warmed up to get them to their gooey best!
Heating: Remove packaging, place cookies on a lined baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for c.4 minutes (c.8 minutes if frozen), or place in the microwave on maximum setting for c.25 seconds
Storage: We advise you eat your cookies within 5 days of delivery and keep them sealed in an air-tight container away from heat, otherwise freeze them upon delivery and eat within 1 month.
